International Applicants

International Applicants to Royal Roads University Masters or Degree Completion programs are encouraged to apply using the on-line application form after reviewing our admissions process. It is also important to review the program-specific admission requirements and ensure that all supporting documentation is prepared and submitted as soon as possible.

If it is not possible to apply on-line, please print our paper application form and submit it, along with supporting documents, to our International Admissions Office.

Royal Roads University requires that applicants submit official transcripts. As a result, it is crucial that applicants begin the process of collecting these documents well in advance of the program start date. Full offers of admission cannot be granted prior to the receipt and verification of official transcripts. Applicants will need to take into consideration not only the length of time it will take to obtain the documents, but also the time needed to obtain a Study Permit. In some cases, applicants will need to allow up to 6 months prior to the program application deadline to successfully complete the application and study permit process.
