Applying at Royal Roads University
Once you’ve checked your program specific requirements and reviewed our admissions process, the next step is to submit your application. You can choose to submit it via our online application, or you can submit it offline by downloading a paper application form and sending it directly to our International Admissions Office.
English as a Second Language
English is the language that your courses will be delivered in, including online instruction and on-campus courses. If you’d like to improve your English skills, you should consider our International Study Centre (ISC), where you can learn about our ESL and Academic Pathways Programs to help you master the English Language.
Official Transcripts and Study Permits
When you apply to RRU, we require your official transcripts from any and all post-secondary institutions you have attended or are currently attending. We can’t offer you a full letter of acceptance until we have received your official transcripts, so it’s a good idea to start collecting this information as early as possible. Once we have approved your application and sent you a letter of acceptance, you can begin applying for your Study Permit to allow you to stay in Canada for the length of your program. Please be aware that it can take up to six months to get your approved application and Study Permit.
